My Top Ten Simple Ideas
To Change Your Life!

1. Use a diary, journal or exercise book, to write down your thoughts and things you must do, on a daily basis. Check out the Dream Life Journal, that I have created, for ideas. Read and update your diary every day.

2. Read inspirational and motivating information and books. One of my favourite books, and most useful was Jamie McIntyre's, "What I Didn't Learn at School, But Wish I Had". This book totally got me started on changing my whole life. I urge you to get the FREE Ebook and DVD.

3. Walk or exercise for 30 minutes per day, and start treating yourself like a high performance engine. Give your body more of the good stuff, such as fresh foods including fruit and vegetables, and reduce the sugars and fats. Drink plenty of water. Clean your teeth when you have the urge for an unhealthy snack, to help dissuade you from consuming it. You will start to feel amazing! Honest! Try it for two weeks and see. HOT TIP: Music is a very powerful motivator! Use music for working out, walking and even cleaning.

4. Eliminate negativity from your life. Don't be drawn into gossip, putting yourself or other people down. Your subconscience believes how you think. Watch what you are about to think and say. Work on the cup is half full theory. Watch the DVD, The Secret, and learn how the law of attraction actually works - both in a positive and negative manner. Are you bringing misery or happiness into your life?

5. Start your changes right now. Do not put it off any longer. Do not say, I will wait until.... You and your life is precious. Purchase the Dream Life Journal, and download your free ebook from Jamie McIntyre today. HOT TIP: Like the great quote says, "The journey of a thousand miles, begins with a single step." Think back to where you were five years ago. Imagine if you started to learn the guitar, go for a walk every day, did the courses that you were going to do, where would you be today? Start today.

6. Find enjoyment in what you have available to you now. If you have kids, you all will benefit from you spending quality time and playing games with them. Football, card games, board games, computer and console games. Going for a walk, bike riding and playing I Spy even.

7. Write down goals in your diary, and read over them every day. Tick them off as you reach these goals, and ensure they are achievable. Every month, write down a new set of goals. Set reasonable time frames. A suggestion may be, to set a goal to achieve in a day, week, month, 3 months etc.

8. Take care with your appearance and surroundings. I am not sugesting that you should start looking like the people out of Days of Our Lives, or that your home should look like it belongs in a magazine. However, simple things such as hygene, ironed clothes, a bit of grooming, and a tidy up around home, will do amazing things for how you feel about yourself.

9. Work out your budget, and stop spending money on junk. Consider how hard it is to acquire every $10 that you have, and how easy it is to spend. Revise your budget as required, or every 2 months. Some people find it useful to collect receipts for everything, and add up their spending in a the diary. This highlights where they can eliminate unnecessary spending immediately. Think before every single purchase, "Do I really need to spend this money?" Of course, if you are loaded, who cares, and disregard. HOT TIP: We buy a lot of our clothes from second hand charity shops. They totally rock. We have so many labels and quality shirts, jeans etc and have saved a bundle. Seriously, If you spent $120 on a pair of label jeans, or $9, who would know the difference? No one!!

10. Understand, that life is about balance. Have fun with your life, and enjoy the challanges you encounter. I do not believe that we are here purely to exist. We have so much to offer, and receive. Go out there, and get 'em!

My book, Life's FUNdaMENTAL! 60 Things You Can Do To Start The Life Of Your Dreams, includes a free Dream Life Journal, and has many ideas to get you started. Check it out.
